ANOTHER GREAT TRIP

Ocean City provided a great background for our Spring Trip this year. The hotel was in a perfect location for all after golf activities and the rooms were spacious with an ocean front. the courses were in great shape and the weather was good with the exception of 50 mph winds on Friday.

The official results of the club tournament, played at the Bay Club on Saturday are in. Justin Beam won the A Flight by a Stroke over Kevin Sexton and Dave Junior. The B Flight was won again by Lenny Sullivan by a stroke over Jon Beam. Doyle Delph won his second tournament is as many trys surpassing the rest of the field by at least 3 strokes. For the first time in 2 years Tom Fortman won the D Flight blowing away the rest of the flight by at least 6 strokes.

It was another tight race this year with only four strokes separating the the top five players. By virture of his low net score on Saturday, Doyle Delph takes away the Trophy this year. Congratulations Doyle.

JUST A NOTE

Justin Beam became the lowest tenured member of Dino's, 2 tournaments, as he announced during the Spring Trip that he was leaving the club to pursue a new job in Arizona. Good luck Justin.
